Orders are subject to confirmation. Minimum order quantity is typically 1 ton, unless otherwise agreed. Sample or trial orders may be arranged upon request.

4. Documents

Standard documents (COA, TDS, MSDS) are available with shipments. Third-party inspection reports (e.g. SGS, BV) can be arranged at buyer’s cost if required.

5. Payment

Payment terms are subject to mutual agreement and reflected in proforma invoices or sales contracts. Common terms include T/T advance or LC at sight.

6. Limitation of Liability

We act as a sourcing company coordinating with certified manufacturers. While we take care to provide accurate information and timely communication, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
