Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how orders of cellulose ethers, polymer powders and other chemical raw materials are packed, shipped and delivered to buyers.

Last updated: · Scope: All confirmed orders

1. Shipping Methods

Most orders are shipped by sea (FCL or LCL). Air freight may be arranged for urgent or small-volume orders upon request.

2. Packing

Standard packing is 25 kg bags, jumbo bags, or drums, depending on product type. Packaging is suitable for export shipment and labeled with product name, batch number and net weight.

3. Shipping Documents

Each shipment is accompanied by commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading. Upon request, we may provide:

  • Certificate of Analysis (COA), TDS or MSDS;
  • Certificate of Origin (Form E, Form A, etc.);
  • Third-party inspection report (SGS / BV), if arranged in advance.

4. Delivery Time

Lead time depends on product availability, payment confirmation and shipping schedule. In general:

  • Preparation time: 7–15 days after deposit;
  • Transit time: typically 3–6 weeks by sea, depending on destination port.

5. Risk & Customs

Once goods are handed over to the carrier and a bill of lading is issued, risk transfers to the buyer. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to strikes, port congestion, natural disasters, epidemics, or government actions.
